Longwell Riess client Knight Development partners with the Salina Housing Authority to develop te Salina RAD homes project, using HUD RAD program. The project is a 118-unit scattered site affordable housing development using a RAD/Section 18 blend of 24 RAD units and 94 PBV units. Kelly Longwell, Molly Stanga and Jamia Love represent the developer on the transaction.
