Alex is an associate in the Affordable Housing and Community Development practice areas of Longwell Riess.
Alex represents for-profit and nonprofit corporations, developers, community development entities, lenders and government entities in government incentive finance transactions, including affordable housing, historic tax credits and new markets tax credits.
His experience includes representing clients on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and general corporate matters.
Alex has experience in corporate real estate transactions, drafting and negotiating key deal documents, leads due diligence efforts, and supports all stages of transactional closings. Fluent in French, he provides legal and financial document translations for international matters
