Derion S. Hall


Derion represents clients in tax-advantaged and government incentive finance transactions, including affordable housing, new markets tax credits, historic tax credits and government lending programs. Her experience includes representation of for profit and nonprofit corporations, developers, community development entities, lenders and government entities. She also assists clients with real estate and corporate matters, including donations, purchase and sale transactions, entity formation, operating documents and equity investments.  
Derion graduated in the top 1% of her class at Southern University Law Center, where she served as the senior editor of the Southern University Law Review.
