Taheera S. Randolph is an affordable housing attorney representing developers, public housing authorities, and other stakeholders in the structuring, financing, and closing of multifamily affordable housing developments nationwide. Her practice also focuses on complex transactional and regulatory matters involving the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Taheera has extensive experience with transactions utilizing Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC), Historic Tax Credits, property tax exemptions, conventional loan financing, and private activity bonds. Her work spans the full life cycle of affordable housing transactions, from initial structuring and due diligence through closing, with a particular emphasis on navigating layered financing structures.-
