Ben has over fifteen years of experience practicing in the areas of Real Estate, Affordable Housing, and Community Development law.


Ben has represented developers, lenders and investors involved in the construction and rehabilitation of apartment complexes and housing developments utilizing a variety of sources of financing including the low-income housing tax credit and the historic rehabilitation tax credit. 

Ben represents developers involved in the acquisition, construction and rehabilitation of apartment complexes and housing developments utilizing a variety of sources of financing including low-income housing tax credits, historic rehabilitation tax credits, tax-exempt bonds, HOME funds and Community Development Block Grant funds. He has also represented borrowers using the Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and HUD/FHA loan programs. Ben enjoys the challenge of negotiating and structuring project financing to achieve his client’s goals while also ensuring the project’s success.
